Probate administration is the legal procedure to move asset from a deceased person to the heirs-at-law, or beneficiaries, when a Will has been made. In a probate administration a person will be appointed by the Court to notify creditors and certain government agencies, inventory and appraisal estate assets, negotiation creditor claims, liquidate assets (unless the property will to be transferred in kind), and ultimately distribute the assets are ordered by the Court)of managing and distributing a deceased person’s estate.
